When you are at the front, Safe In Austin volunteers will be waiting for you. If you are coming late, please honk when you get to the gate so someone can let you in. The road ends in a Cul-Du-Sac and you can park there.

This activity is for ages 8 & up.

Masks are optional for outdoor Generation SERVE events.

Safe in Austin is a non-profit dedicated to the well-being and safety of abused and neglected animals; and the healing of children with similar stories of abuse, trauma, or special needs. We will be helping with a variety of outdoor tasks.

Some important facts to ensure that your experience is rewarding:

  • All volunteers should be animal lovers!
  • When volunteering please wear closed toed shoes (tennis shoes are fine) and long pants are preferred, but not required.
  • We suggest you bring a change of clothes, waterproof boots or shoes in case of rain, mud, or poop while volunteering!
  • Bring a water bottle!

We provide supplies and an Activity Lead for every activity. A $30 donation would help us cover the costs for this activity! You also can become a family sponsor to support us in providing fun volunteer opportunities for other families! Thank you for your support and generosity! We appreciate it!
