Join Generation SERVE to help the preschool children at House of Tiny Treasures celebrate the Holiday Season!

The House of Tiny Treasures provides a high-quality early childhood education for children, ages 2 to 5 years of age, who are either homeless or living in deep poverty. This year, HTT will have to miss its usual “Snow Day” featuring real life snow/ice blown onto our playground. Let's help our preschool friends celebrate instead with Snow Clay so every child can be sure to feel celebrated and special this season!

Generation SERVE volunteers will make this reusable “snow clay” recipe. Volunteers will package a small amount of snow clay in a reusable plastic container (and add special snow decorations to make the bag special!) and give each HTT student his or her own, personal snow! HTT also tries to give each student an affordable coat in advance of Snow Day and would be grateful if our Generation SERVE families might consider adding a coat donation to our Snow Day giving too. If you are interested in helping add a coat to your Snow Day bag, please see this Amazon wish list with students’ coat sizes.

We will send you detailed instructions and additional educational resources about SEARCH and the House of Tiny Treasures upon registration. Happy Volunteering!
