IN-PERSON OPPORTUNITY - Kids' Meals Kitchen Lunch Packing Team

This activity is for ages 8 & up. 

This is a modified, in person volunteering opportunity. Detailed instructions and educational resources will be sent to you upon registration. You will meet with our nonprofit partner directly for the service opportunity onsite. A COVID waiver from both Generation SERVE and our nonprofit partner will be required. Please be sure to review our Generation SERVE waiver HERE and return your signed copy to leah@generationserve.org.

Join Generation SERVE at Kids' Meals this holiday season to help ensure that all kids in Houston have a healthy lunch and prepare sack lunches with Kids' Meals! Kitchen Volunteers will be making sandwiches, packing lunch packs, making grocery bags, sorting donations, organizing the warehouse and more!

Face masks must be worn at all times. The health and safety of volunteers and staff is Kids' Meals number one priority, so they must be strict in ensuring that all volunteers are gloved, and masked for their shift! They have hand washing and sanitizing stations set up throughout our facility, and plenty of gloves on site to avoid cross contamination. All volunteers are required to wear closed toe shoes. A hairnet will be provided, or you may wear a baseball cap.
