We will meet at the Boat Kiosk. Parking is available in Lot A or F.

This activity is for ages 6+.


This is a modified, in person volunteering opportunity. Detailed instructions and educational resources will be sent to you upon registration. You will meet with our nonprofit partner directly for the service opportunity onsite. A COVID waiver from both Generation SERVE and our nonprofit partner will be required. Please be sure to review our Generation SERVE waiver HERE and return your signed copy to leah@generationserve.org.


Join Generation SERVE to help the Hermann Park Conservancy maintain the beauty of the Park! We will be working on the Japanese Gardenhelping with weeding, raking leaf litter and removing algae out of the ponds. Park in Lot A or F.  Please go to 6106 Hermann Park Dive and meet near the pedal boat kiosk. Please wear closed-toed shoes, long pants, and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a reusable water bottle. Gloves and tools will be provided.


Everyone must bring a completed waiver and photo release with them day of the event.  All participants should sign in upon arrival.  


Parking: Location 6106 Hermann Park Drive, meet near the pedal boat kiosk. Parking is lot A or F.

 

Wear All volunteers must wear closed-toe shoes and long pants; weather appropriate clothing that can get dirty, wet, or muddy.. Volunteers should wear cool and comfortable clothing.

 

Bring:  individual water bottles, snacks (recommended during warm months); completed HPC waivers/photo releases for all participants (this includes leaders, chaperones, teachers, adults and youth). 

 

Provided by HPC: gloves, tools, and a cooler of water with paper cups.
