IN-PERSON OPPORTUNITY-Volunteer Houston Stem Kit Workers at the GRB!

This activity is best for ages 8 and older.

This is a modified, in person volunteering opportunity. Detailed instructions and educational resources will be sent to you upon registration. You will meet with our nonprofit partner directly for the service opportunity onsite. A COVID waiver from both Generation SERVE and our nonprofit partner will be required. Please be sure to review our Generation SERVE waiver HERE and return your signed copy to leah@generationserve.org.

Help Volunteer Houston of Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston with its Stem Kit Assembly. Volunteer Houston is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to assemble STEM kits and unlock the exciting world of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math education for K-5th grade students!

Join us at the George R. Brown Convention Center - 1001 Avenida de las Americas, 3rd floor Grand Ballroom! 

Volunteers are needed to: Help setup for massive STEM kit project, assemble STEM kits, packing and loading STEM kit boxes. 

**Social distancing will be in place with no more than 2 volunteers per table.

**All volunteers must be vaccinated and facial masks are required at all time except when eating! Onsite Covid rapid tests will be available at no cost and we strongly encourage all volunteers to take a rapid test prior to your volunteer shift. 

**Snacks, Lunch and Beverages will be provided. Additional details on exact location will be provided via email with map and specific instructions on paid parking. 

**Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
