Activity Description

Help Hermann Park Conservancy tend to the gardens! Gardening tasks might include weeding, planting, watering, raking trails or the grouns, removing invasive plants, and mulching. Exact tasks depend on the needs and season! Gloves and gardening tools are provided.

Activity Requirements

• This activity is great for children ages 8 & up.
• Hermann Park Conservancy requests all volunteers to fill out their waiver and photo release for each participant. Please fill out these forms and bring them with you to Hermann Park.
• All volunteers must wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. Please wear weather appropriate clothing that is cool and comfortable and can get dirty, wet, or muddy. Please do not wear shorts, halter-tops, or clothing with references to alcohol, drugs, or sex. Do not wear sandals or flip-flops. 
• Bring a hat, a snack, and a water bottle. Sunscreen and mosquito repellent are also recommended. 
• Generation SERVE adheres to the following COVID-19 policies to help keep your family and ours safe. We will continue to respect our partners' mask requirements as well as your family's decision around wearing masks.
