Sort and Prepare Food Fair Items at ECHOS

Activity Description

Help pack bags and boxes of food at the ECHOS Food Pantry. ECHOS distributes fresh vegetables, fruits, and dairy products during their weekly drive-through Food Pantry that serves more than 200 families in our community each week. The nutritious food distributed at the Food Pantry improves the health of the ECHOS families who suffer from food insecurity.

Activity Requirements

• This activity is great for children of all ages. ECHOS welcomes children volunteers if they have an adult to supervise. 
• Please wear closed-toed shoes and comfortable clothing.
• All volunteers must still wear masks and gloves per Houston Food Bank guidelines.
• All volunteers must complete THIS one-time waiver for ECHOS.
• Generation SERVE adheres to the following COVID-19 policies to help keep your family and ours safe. We will continue to respect our partners' mask requirements as well as your family's decision around wearing masks.
