Activity Description
Help Austin Creative Reuse create educational kits for schools across Austin! You will help assemble everything from a craft kit to make an instrument from reuse materials to a classroom set of markers. These kits will go to grade schools throughout the Austin area to promote reuse and creativity at a young age while providing teachers the materials they need no matter their budget.
Austin Creative Reuse diverts over 97% of the materials donated to them from the landfill on an annual basis! After the activity, unleash your creativity and go shopping for some new-to-you creative materials. You might also identify some items in your house that can be donated the next time you visit Austin Creative Reuse!
